My New Yard

The Las Vegas SYNLawn team did a wonderful job on my backyard. Alberto Gordillo came to my house, took measurements, and talked to me about the design. Within an hour, I had a written proposal.

The three-man crew arrived at 8 am and went right to work removing the rock, compaction the native soil, putting down sand, compacting the sand, and installing 270 sq ft of SYNLawn 356 with Zeolite pet crystals. They had everything cleaned up by 2 pm.

The SYNLawn 356  blends multi-colored grass blades with thick tan thatch, so it looks almost real. They use soft, polyethylene yarn blades and polypropylene thatch and is very comfortable to walk on, even in your bare feet. And, I received a 15-year manufacturer warranty.

What is also important to me, as a LEED AP, is that the product is sustainable by using a BioCel organic backing system that is 60%-70% green by weight.

Great job and my yard looks beautiful.
